| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in event operations management. He or she is the main person who responsible to ensure that all events are maintained at a high level of management from all points of view. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse event operations and administration information / data, manage event equipment and facilities setup, organise all stages of event’s operations and stakeholder activities, monitor event operations work progress and evaluate event operations performance. The outcome of this competency is to operationally manage events as the lead contact for the client and all suppliers on site, from event setup to pack down in accordance with event specifications and requirement. |
