| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in courier operation monitoring. He or She is the person who involve in monitoring the entire operational activities including delivery & pickup, hub processing and linehaul. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify courier operation monitoring requirements, plan courier operation monitoring activities, monitor and control overall operational performance, produce operational findings and future improvements, evaluate courier operation monitoring effectiveness and report courier operation monitoring activities. The outcome of this competency is to produce efficient personnel to ensure the entire process has taken place with the proper counter check and customer satisfaction in accordance with company policy and Local Authority regulation.
