The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Identify Theme Park staff development requirements, Plan staff development activities, Coordinate staff training and Evaluate Theme Park staff development requirements effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to create theme park attraction workforce that are informed, motivated, skillful, knowledgable and friendly to ensure that the operation conducted and service provided are in accordance with Park Policy and Procedures. |
