Penerangan CUThe competency unit title describes the competency in sales budgeting. He or she is responsible to carry out sales budget by applying relevant analysis methods including capacity analysis, market acceptance analysis and financial requirement analysis according to business needs and company procedures. The person in competent shall be able to identify sales budget preparation requirements, carry out capacity analysis, carry out market acceptance analysis, carry out financial requirement analysis, Carry out resource analysis, prepare sales budgeting, carry out sales budgeting review and prepare sales budgeting report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the sales is projected by referring to analysis data so that sales budget produced is achievable and in accordance with organisation’s goals.
