He or she is responsible to oversee and to plan overall sales & marketing activity in the company in accordance with company procedures. The person in competent shall be able to identify sales & marketing operation resources, identify sales & marketing objectives & goals, identify sales & marketing project/task scheduling, review performance and prepare operation report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure company sales and marketing planning is carried out effectively and efficiently by sales force.
