| Penerangan CU | Abattoir Policies & Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures development is to develop comprehensive policies and procedures for the establishment in accordance with Department of Safety and Health (DOSH), Akta Kilang Dan Jentera 1967, Ministry of Health, Good Veterinary Hygiene Practices (GVHP) Hazard Analysis of Critical Management Point (HACCP) MS 1480:2007, Halal Food – Production, Preparation, Handling and Storage MS 1500:2009, Malaysia Protocol for Halal Meat and Poultry Production, Environment Act 1974 and Food Act 1985. The personnel who are competent in Policies & Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures development shall be able to explore new abattoir concept, analyse abattoir concept & requirements, and develop & revise policies and procedures. |
