Penerangan CUThe CU Title is to describe F&B policy management. He or she will be able to accomplish on all aspect of F&B policy management The person who is competent in F&B policy management shall be able to establish beverage policies, dining room operating policies, banquet and catering operating policies, room service policies, goals, objective and update F&B outlet performance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure policies, goals and objective enforced so that the management functions will have guidance and direction to help steer the organization operation in accordance with company policy and procedure.
