| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Front End Wafer Fabrication Equipment Operation. He or she able to operate front end wafer fabrication equipments under normal operating condition. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Practice clean room protocol; Identify main components of Standard Mechanical Interface (SMIF) functional status; Identify functional status of Vacuum Pump & Pressure measurement device use on the tool (process machine); Locate and identify functional status of sensors available on the tool (process machine); Locate and identify functional status of the motor available on the tool (process machine); Locate and identify functional status of the pneumatic valve & cylinder available on the tool; Locate and identify functional status of the chuck, heater or pedestal available on the tool; Locate and identify functional status of the RF component available on the tool; Locate and identify functional status of the gas delivery system available on the tool; and Identify material use in fab industries. The outcome of this competency is to ensure equipment is operated in accordance with company’s policy rules, regulation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to operate the frontend wafer fabrication tools and equipment under functional operating condition to ensure equipment is operated in accordance with company’s policy rules, regulation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Practice cleanroom protocol 2. Identify main components of Standard Mechanical Interface (SMIF) functional status 3. Identify functional status of Vacuum Pump & Pressure measurement device use on the tool (process machine) 4. Locate and identify functional status of sensors available on the tool (process machine) 5. Locate and identify functional status of the motor available on the tool (process machine) 6. Locate and identify functional status of the pneumatic valve & cylinder available on the tool. 7. Locate and identify functional status of the chuck, heater or pedestal available on the tool. 8.
