| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Wafer Fabrication Experiment Execution. He or She able to carry out systematic experiments as per instruction from superior. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Practice clean room protocol; Receive the purpose and objective of DOE from DOE owner; Plan execution (identify lot, recipe for each wafer ID and tool/chamber ID); Carry out the wafers run as per plan; Verify the whole processing status for each wafer run; and Review the collected data to DOE owner. The outcome of this competency is to conduct non standard experimentation activities for wafer fabrication to meet customer requirement. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out systematic experiments as per instruction from superior. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Practice cleanroom protocol 2. Receive the purpose and objective of Design Of Experiment (DOE) from DOE owner. 3. Plan executions (identify lot, recipe for each wafer ID and tool/chamber ID). 4. Carry out the wafers run as per plan. 5. Verify the whole processing status for each wafer run. 6. Review the collected data to DOE owner. |
