| Penerangan CU | The personnel who possess this competency will be able operate the equipments to manufacture wafer in standard operating condition in accordance to standard manufacturing practices to meet customer requirement. The person who is competent in Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing Operation shall be able to practice clean room protocol; run production as per SOP; perform daily qual procedures; perform inline STEM; run non-standard process and operation (SERI); run non-standard operation flow or SOP (TEI); clean pod control; perform start lot procedure; perform final inspection and packaging; and handle non-conformance product and disposition base on OCAP (out of control action plan). The outcome of this competency is to ensure the wafer delivery is on time with quality of the wafer meet customer requirement. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to operate the equipments to manufacture wafer in standard operating condition in accordance to standard manufacturing practices to meet customer requirement.
