| Penerangan CU | The personnel who possess this competency will be able to carry out preventive maintenance on valves and fittings in a wafer fabrication industry. Valves and fittings maintenance starts with practice clean room protocol; checking the maintenance schedule and historical record for the valves and fittings, complying with safety and regulation for valves and fittings maintenance activity, preparing equipment / material for valves and fittings maintenance activity, executing valves and fittings maintenance activity, executing helium leak checking and recovering equipment for operation activity. The personnel is able to perform valves and fittings preventive maintenance as well as Helium / Snoop Leak Checking competently, cost efficiently, timely and safely in compliance to preventive maintenance check sheet/ specification/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This competency is limited to those typical valves and fittings found in common wafer fabrication equipment. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform valves and fittings preventive maintenance as well as Helium / Snoop Leak Checking competently, cost efficiently, timely and safely in compliance to preventive maintenance check sheet/ specification/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: Practice cleanroom protocol Check valves and fittings maintenance schedule and historical record Comply to safety and regulation for valves and fittings maintenance activities Prepare equipment / material for valves and fittings maintenance activity Execute valves and fittings maintenance activity Execute leak checking (which ever applicable) Recover equipment for operation activity. |
