Motor & robotic system maintenance starts with practice clean room protocol; check system maintenance schedule and historical record, comply to safety and regulation for motor & robotic system maintenance activities, prepare equipment / material for motor & robotic system maintenance activity, execute motor & robotic system maintenance activity and recover equipment for operation activity. The personnel who is competent is capable to perform motor & robotic system preventive maintenance cost efficiently, timely and safely in compliance to preventive maintenance check sheet/ specification/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This competency covers motor & robotic system preventive maintenance in wafer fabrication. |
