| Penerangan CU | The personnel who possess this competency will be able to carry out preventive maintenance on pressure gauges in a wafer fabrication industry. Pressure gauges maintenance starts with practice clean room protocol; checking the maintenance schedule and historical record for the gauges, complying with safety and regulation for pressure gauges maintenance activity, preparing equipment / material for pressure gauges maintenance activity, executing pressure gauges maintenance activity, executing helium leak checking and recovering equipment for operation activity. The personnel is able to perform pressure gauges preventive maintenance as well as Helium / Snoop Leak Checking competently, cost efficiently, timely and safely in compliance to preventive maintenance check sheet/ specification/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This competency is limited to those typical pressure gauges found in common wafer fabrication equipment. CU Pre-requisites: 1. Wafer Fabrication Valves, Fittings and Helium Leak Checking Preventive Maintenance 2. Wafer Fabrication Electrical and Electronic System Preventive Maintenance |

Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: Practice cleanroom protocol Check pressure gauges maintenance schedule and historical record Comply to safety and regulation for pressure gauges maintenance activity Prepare equipment / material for pressure gauges maintenance activity Execute pressure gauges maintenance activity Execute leak checking (which ever applicable) Recover equipment for operation activity. |
