| Penerangan CU | The personnel who possess this competency will be able to carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot on RF system in a wafer fabrication industry. RF Maintenance and troubleshooting starts with practice clean room protocol; check RF System preventive maintenance and troubleshoot schedule and historical report, prepare equipment / material for RF System preventive maintenance and troubleshoot activity, execute RF System preventive maintenance and troubleshoot activity, assess the problem / situation of the fault, contain the problem / situation, find and verify the root cause of the fault, plan and formulate corrective action and recover equipment for operation activity. The personnel is able to perform RF preventive maintenance and troubleshoot competently, cost efficiently, timely and safely in compliance to preventive maintenance and troubleshoot check sheet/ specification/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This competency is limited to those typical RF preventive maintenance and troubleshoot in common wafer fabrication CU Pre-requisites: 1. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: Practice cleanroom protocol Comply to safety and regulation for RF System maintenance activities Check RF System maintenance schedule and historical report Prepare equipment / material for RF System maintenance activity Execute RF System maintenance activity Assess the problem/situation of the fault. Contain the problem/situation. Find and verify the root cause of the fault. Plan and formulate corrective action Recover equipment for operation activity. |
