| Penerangan CU | The IP network devices maintenance describes the competency required when maintaining Internet Protocol (IP) network devices. He or She is the person to carry out corrective maintenance depends on problem log by user and preventive maintenance based on scheduled maintenance at site or remote access. The person who is competent in this IP network devices maintenance shall be able to perform IP network devices maintenance requirements identification, IP network devices maintenance activities and report IP network devices maintenance activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the IP network devices perform at its optimum level in accordance with Service Level Agreement, organisational requirements and standard operating procedures. |
