| Penerangan CU | Mould set-down is the process of Stopping the production as per the requirement. This will include the process of cleaning mould and water channel. The dismantling of mould clamp is perform in order to remove the mould from the machine. The CU title describes the competency in mould set-down process. The person who perform this task do the preparation work required before an actual production run. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to receive mud set-down instruction, mould set–down activity and mould down from machine. The outcome of this competency is to provide necessary requirements to carry out the production process so that the production process can proceed smoothly in the next changes. It will increase mould life and eliminate mould problem in the future. |
