| Penerangan CU | A multilayer blow moulding which is characterized in that a main extruder and one or more sub-extruders are radially attached to special die head and said die head comprises a core holder having a core pin at the lower end. The CU title describes the competency in Advance Blow Moulding Technology Process. The person who performs this task do an activity to execute blow moulding processes with the advance technology equipment. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to set multi-colour / multi-layer extruder, change multi-colour / multi-layer die head equipment, produce multicolour / multi-layer parison, produce multi-colour / multilayer parison, set suction blow mould / core puller mould and execute advance blow moulding process. The outcome of this competency is to ensure every equipment set-up always functions in good condition and performs its required task and its output rate is always in good quality according to machine manual, job/work instructions, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 3 |
