The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify staff personal career training program, prepare training program schedule, coordinate staff training, conduct staff training assessment, conduct eye-sight test qualification for welding inspector and compile training record. The outcome of this competency is to assess staff training performance and compile training record in accordance with company training policy. |
