| Penerangan CU | Staff management is a function of HRM (Human Resource Management) which only deals with a part of the organisation, but the entire organisation. Hence staff management focuses on a departmental workforce, which includes selection of staff, enhancing staff competencies, training and appraisals. The person in competent shall be able to identify staff management requirements, carry out staff interview session, perform staff performance appraisal, conduct training need analysis, evaluate staff management activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure company operation is carried out according to plan by recruiting new staff and enhance existing staff competency to meet company’s need. |
