| Penerangan CU | Worker supervision & welfare describes the competency in coordinating and supervising subordinate which include appraisal, staff training and issues in accordance with organisation Standard Operating Procedure. A competent person in this CU shall be able to obtain workers’ profile, carry out workers’ performance appraisal, conduct workers’ training, coordinate workers’ complaint and grievances, carry out workers’ lodging and transportation arrangement, prepare workers’ check roll, update workers’ personal profile and conduct section meeting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the operational team can work efficiently with good value of ethics, discipline and proactive to meet production target. |
