| Penerangan CU | Marine health, safety and environmental coordination is primarily, to establish and monitor compliances with legislative requirements and measures to international & local law and regulation, security & protection of marine environment, ensuring compliances with pollution prevention requirement. In addition, the scope of work also includes the prevention & control of fire and emergency, the quality environment of ship and medical care of person onboard the ship. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify marine health, safety and environmental legislative requirements, plan health, safety and environmental requirements, implement marine health, safety and environmental measures, evaluate health, safety and environmental effectiveness in accordance with organization requirements, procedures and recognized by international standard. The outcome of this competency is to improve in emergency response services during critical situations, including the prevention & control of fire and emergency, prevention of marine pollution with quality environmental and medical care of person onboard the ship. |
