| Penerangan CU | Ship hull construction requires an efficient coordination of a wide range of different resources & responsibilities of construction activities. The fabrication works include, preparation of fabrication tools, equipment and materials availability, laying off, steel cutting, sub assembly fabrication production, assembly, pre-erection and erection. Hence, it requires a meticulous planning of fabrication activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify ship hull fabrication planning requirements, prepare ship hull fabrication activities requirements, execute ship hull fabrication plan and produce ship hull fabrication planning report. The outcome of this competency is a working plan to fabricate a ship hull according to the requirements of the naval architectural design and the Classification Society. |
