He or she is responsible to handle various pre nursery operation consists of planting medium activity, seedling planting and maintenance, fertilization, culling and record. The person who is competent in pre-nursery operation shall be able to Carryout seed /tissue culture quality inspection, Perform germinated seed segregation, Perform tissue culture planting ,perform pre nursery planting , perform pre nursery shading, perform pre nursery planting, perform pre nursery manuring, perform pre nursery culling and census, perform pre nursery weeding, and record pre nursery operation activity work completion to meet production target. The outcome of this competency is to obtain the production of seedling in pre nursery stage is according to production target and accepted quality |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out pre nursery operation activities to ensure production of oil palm seedling produce according to regulatory bodies and company’s SOP.
