| Penerangan CU | Aesthetic Operational Administration competency unit are the activities to administer the operation of Aesthetic services based on the planning in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all aesthetic operation is being carried out efficiently and systematically so that the services recommended to the clients will be delivered in the most efficient and economical way. The person who is competent in Aesthetic Operational Administration should be able to comprehend entire salon operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). She/he should be able to study aesthetic operational requirement, establish operational documents, administer operational expenditure budget, organize operational activities, monitor operational activities implementation, administer operation work area maintenance, and prepare operational administration performance report. |
