The outcome is to optimize the current staff competencies as to ensure they are capable of carrying out the task given in accordance with company policies and labour law requirements. The person who is competent in Aesthetic Human Resources Professional Development should be able to comprehend company mission, vision and direction of the company, available resources (Human, Budget and Equipment) for current and future development.
