The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure aesthetic business is administered efficiently and systematically in accordance with regulatory/statutory bodies requirements, beauty industry guideline and Standard Operating Procedure. The person who is competent in Aesthetic Business Administration should be able to comprehend the entire business operation of the company. She/he should be able to analyse company business plan, administer business administrative functions, monitor business operation, carry out business operation review and prepare business improvement proposal. |
