The person who is competent in dry, break, bulk & RORO cargo planning shall be able to receive and discuss on dry, break, bulk & RORO cargo type, requirement and movement plan during pre arrival meeting with shipping agent, update dry, break, bulk & RORO cargo type, requirement and movement plan through TOS and distribute Dry, Break, Bulk & RORO cargo type, requirement and movement plan The outcome of this competency is to enable the person trained to plan and carry out the discharging and loading of dry, break, bulk & RORO cargo efficiently. |
