| Penerangan CU | This activity involves planning of discharging and loading of liquid bulk cargo. The person who is competent in liquid bulk cargo planning shall be able to receive declaration on liquid bulk cargo type, requirement and movement plan from shipping agent, check berthing requirement and upload information into TOS, plan ship berthing schedule requirement and confirm ship berthing plan to terminal operator. The outcome of this competency is to enable the person trained to plan and carry out the discharging and loading of liquid bulk cargo efficiently. |
