| Penerangan CU | Aeronautical Ground Lighting Component Maintenance is a process in ensuring the serviceability of the AGLcomponents such as ; Approach, Threshold, Runway Edge, Runway Centerline, Touchdown Zone, Runway End, PAPI,Taxiway Edge, Taxiway Centerline, Stop bar, Apron Edge, Guidance Sign, Wind Direction Indicator and Apron Flood Lighting in accordance with Airport Services Manual Part 9. It is to ensure the availability of the components for the guidance of pilot operating aircraft both at night and low visibility condition. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct proper maintenance of the system in accordance with the standards and recommended practices. |
