| Penerangan CU | Aquatic Operation Budget Control competency unit is the process to control financial activities. The financial plan comprises of projection of revenue, income and asset based on services and marketing strategies as well as the determination of the resources needed to achieve the projection. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure budget expenditure in aquatic operation within allocated budgets as per financial plans. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to review budget controls requirement, monitor budget expenditure, monitor inventory control, monitor operation cash flow and account ,assess insurance coverage and prepare budget control report in accordance with organization policies, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), financial plan and legislative requirements. |
