| Penerangan CU | Aesthetic Business Strategic Management competency unit is to manage aesthetic business strategically with the optimization of available resources. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure the business is being managed in accordance with regulatory/statutory bodies requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the beauty industry guidelines in order to achieve company objectives, mission and goal. The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to comprehend company business plan, Standard Operating Procedure, Regulatory/Statutory requirements. She/he should be able to study business strategic management requirements, develop business strategies planning, assign business planning strategy implementation, monitor business planning and strategy implementation and prepare business planning and strategy effectiveness report. |
