| Penerangan CU | Aesthetic Operational Management competency unit is to manage daily business operation in the aesthetic business. The outcome of operational management is to oversee business operations as to ensure the business is being operated in accordance with regulatory/statutory bodies requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the beauty industry guidelines. The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to comprehend company business plan Standard Operating Procedure, the business guidelines Regulatory/ Statutory requirements. She/he should be able to analyse operational performance, administer operational activities, monitor Quality Assurance compliances, establish stakeholder relationship and prepare operational performance report in addition she/he should be farsighted and open minded. |
