| Penerangan CU | Aesthetic Financial Management competency unit is to manage the finance of the company in operating the aesthetic business. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure the financial of the company is being managed effectively and systematically in accordance with financial plan and regulatory/ statutory bodies requirement. The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to comprehend financial strength, company revenue, expenditure and sources of funds in order to sustain company business operation. She/he should be able to study operation financial requirements, prepare operational budget proposal, manage operational budget, and prepare financial management performance report. |
