| Penerangan CU | Aesthetic Human Resources Management competency unit is to manage available skills as to optimize human capital hence maximise company’s profitability. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the human resources in the aesthetic company are being managed effectively, systematically and professionally as to create a harmonious working environment. The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to comprehend human resource availability and capabilities/ competencies and labour laws requirements. She/he should be able to study manpower requirements, manage manpower utilization, administer manpower performance appraisal, plan personnel professional development, administer personnel professional development programme, manage staff matters and prepare human resources management achievement report. |
