| Penerangan CU | Aesthetic Business Development competency unit is to develop an aesthetic business or expand the current business operation as to increase business revenue. The outcome of this competency unit is to produce business plan and implement the development/ expansion of the aesthetic business so as to ensure the business established/expanded, revenue generated and profitability attained. The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to develop/expand aesthetic business based on the business plan with the comprehension of business strategic, operational, financial and human resource management. She/he should be able to study business development requirements, plan business development, monitor business development implementation and evaluate business development implementation in accordance with company policies and business requirements. |
