| Penerangan CU | Water Treatment Plant Supervisory Functions describes the competency required to perform supervisory functions such as conducting various types of briefing, organizing section budget and procurement and handling section staff administration. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out planning activities, assist safety, health, and environment (SHE) requirement implementation, assist section inventory and budget control, carry out subordinate activities, carry out operational activities, and carry out administrative activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure administrative activities are conducted efficiently in order for effective coordination of staff needs and plant maintenance requirements in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and legislative requirements. |
