Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in administrative staff performance appraisal. He or She is responsible to plan, conduct and review staff performance evaluation session and recommend staff performance achievement and improvement. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify administrative staff performance appraisal requirement, plan administrative staff performance appraisal session, conduct and review staff performance appraisal session, recommend staff performance achievement and improvement, evaluate staff performance appraisal effectiveness and compliance, and report administrative staff performance appraisal process. The outcome of this competency is to examine and evaluate employee work behaviour and administrative practices. The result of the comparison must be documented and used to provide feedback to the management and employee to show where and why improvements are needed in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company’s policy and Labour Law. Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to examine and evaluate employee work behaviour, performance and administrative practices in accordance with company’s SOP, company’s policy and Labour Law. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-
• Identify administrative staff appraisal requirements
• Conduct administrative staff performance evaluation and review session
• Analyse staff performance appraisal
• Report staff performance evaluation and review process.
