| Penerangan CU | The personal shopper is a unique competency whereby he/she can either work in an individual capacity or within a structured corporation such as a department store (as seen in countries like the United States of America). The consultant will be able to assess and obtain all the requirements of the client and then utilise his/her network and sources to guide the clients with respect to all aspects of their shopping and image development needs and manage client’s wardrobe of a personal shopper consultant. The person who is competent in personal shopping consultation shall be able to analyse client’s needs, recommend shopping outlets, arrange client’s wardrobe and manage client’s records. The outcome of this competency is to enable the personal shopping service/consultation to become an essential contributing factor towards a person’s image in the area of appearance, compliant to standard Professional Image Consultant’s practice. |
