| Penerangan CU | Supervisory management is the lowest level of management. They are concerned with technical routine and day-to-day problems. They maintain personal contacts with subordinates. It involves management of rank and file and is directly concerned with the mechanics of jobs. The person who is competent in ceramic production supervision shall be able to prepare work schedule, carry out resources requirement, conduct production briefing, monitor work progress and maintain stock inventory. The outcome of this competency is to be able to plan day-to-day production within the goals laid down by higher authorities, to supervise and control workers and to maintain personal contact with charge hands and to maintain discipline, morale and good human relations among workers. |
