The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct familiarization orientation, prepare routine report and inspection schedule, perform in house training and perform emergency preparedness training according to company’s operating procedure. The outcome of this competency is to administer the subordinates in accordance with company’s rules and regulations. |
