This process constitutes laying of waterproofing materials to construction surfaces to render them waterproofed. It involves various application methods and materials. The person who is competent in waterproofing material application shall be able to prepare waterproofing materials and application equipment, quantify waterproofing material components, mix waterproofing components, apply waterproofing materials and cure and inspect waterproofing layer in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
