He / She is responsible in to monitoring CEPs schedule adherence, CEPs average handling time, over time and under time works, staffing levels and requirements, workforce planners arrangement on CEPs shift, volume, schedule and forecast staffing to support operations in achieving business objective.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage intraday staffing levels, monitor volume, schedule and forecast staffing and provide report on productivity and performance to management

The outcome of this competency is to manage workforce planning for executing business operation smoothly and efficiently for increase performance and productivity accordingly to SOP..
