| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in wet granulation operation for pharmaceutical solid dosage form production. This section is where the raw materials are mixed together and undergo specific processes according to production requirements. He / She is the person who performs the operation of different types of machines used in the production in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare wet granulation equipment, prepare wet granulation materials, conduct raw material mixing, carry out wet granulation process, and carry out area line clearance. The outcome of this competency is to conduct wet granulation activities according to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. It is important that all activities should be done in accordance with written procedures or instructions and, where necessary, recorded. |
