He or She is the person responsible for water treatment plant operation and performance monitoring using water treatment plant control and monitoring system by producing daily, monthly or yearly data. The person who is competent in monitoring system management shall be able to gather water treatment plant monitoring system information data, analyse trend of operational data from control and monitoring system, review equipment operating mode, evaluate water treatment plant control and monitoring system and repair control and monitoring system performance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the water treatment plant operation performance is controlled and monitored in compliance with company and regulatory body requirement.
