| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in water treatment plant operation policy and procedure development. He or She is the person responsible to lead the development of water treatment plant operation policies and procedures. The person who is competent in water treatment plant operation policy and procedure development shall be able to gather water treatment plant policy and procedure requirements and specifications, develop water treatment plant operation policies, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and internal regulation development, implement water treatment plant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and internal regulations, evaluate policy and procedure effectiveness and present water treatment plant operation policy and procedure conformance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the policies and procedures of water treatment plant operation are ready for enforcement in compliance with company and regulatory body requirements.
