The person who is competent in water treatment plant SHEQ assurance management shall be able to Identify SHEQ requirements, develop SHEQ standard procedures and manage SHEQ programme and present SHEQ assurance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) requirements are in compliance with company and regulatory body requirements.
