| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in shipment delivery and pick up. He or She is the person who involve in collecting and distributing shipment from addressor to addressee. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to inspect vehicle and tools functionality, collect delivery shipment , deliver customer shipment , obtain pickup order , collect customer shipment , handover shipment to service station, rectify if any problem arise, check shipment delivery and pickup effectiveness; and submit shipment delivery and pick up activities report to superior. The outcome of this competency is to provide reliable and on time delivery and pickup services to customers to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with company policy, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Local Authority regulation. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Valid driving licence - B2 for motor courier ii. Valid driving licence D and GDL for van courier |
