2 | Halal Operation and Compliance Inspection | 306 | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to carry out inspection activities so that pre-production, production and operation compliance requirement on Halal certification; and the compliance and control system in the organisation for Halal certification are prepared and complied are met in accordance with Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS) and Manual Procedure for Malaysian Halal Certification (Domestic) compliance requirement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out raw material Halal compliance inspection. 2. Carry out packaging Halal compliance inspection. 3.
