The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify courier customer services requirement, handle customer special request, manage customer service, evaluate courier customer services effectiveness, report courier customer services management activities. The outcome of this competency is to produce service quality, meet customer satisfaction and resolve customer issue in accordance with company policy and Local Authority regulation.
