Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in courier manpower management. He or She is the person who develops suitable and effective manning. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify courier manpower management requirements, prepare courier manpower documentation, develop and review manning guide, monitor staff behavioural and performance, evaluate courier manpower management accuracy and effectiveness and record courier manpower management activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop and review manning guide, monitor and enforce training effectiveness, and monitor staff behavioural and performance in accordance with company policy and Local Authority regulation.
